Food and drinks at the Börken
About food and drink, we have strong ideas. Whether it's the weekdays or weekend, with just one large or a small group, they are all special moments of our consideration and care to make them special. Our chefs love to work with fresh and honest products, as much as possible with their own local and seasonal. Our fresh herbs come from our own herb garden.

Brasserie
The map is compiled of all the good that the area has to offer and is a little French and Dutch 'at the same time. In fine weather we like to cover a table outside for you and when it gets colder we serve you a drink by the fireplace. We also serve a nice cup of coffee with just such delicious homemade apple pie in the brasserie or the fireplace.

Hours
Our brasserie is open daily from 08.00 am to 24.00 pm for a cup of coffee, a drink etc. The kitchen is open between 12.00 hours and 21.00 hours.
